Rebecca Loos, the former nanny turned whistleblower, has reignited the flames of an alleged affair with Man United legend David Beckham.
Now living a tranquil life in Norway with her husband and two children, Loos spoke exclusively to El Mundo to reflect on the scandal that once dominated tabloids worldwide.
Loos claims she was intimately involved with Beckham during his Real Madrid days and alleges their first rendezvous occurred at La Bardemcilla, a Madrid hotspot owned by Javier Bardem’s family.
In a jaw-dropping revelation, she detailed how she was transported in the boot of a car to keep their meeting secret.
Despite the passage of time, Loos insists the allegations are true, stating Beckham threatened legal action for defamation but never followed through.
The former nanny disclosed her initial role within the Beckham household was to ensure Victoria’s smooth transition to life in Madrid.
“I was the first person the Beckhams saw every morning. My job was to make Victoria enjoy the city,” she explained.
“I had to make sure that she would like the city, that she would enjoy it. It was difficult to work for them because everyone needed me.
“The bodyguards needed help to read the menus in restaurants, for example. (…) I was the first person to see the Beckhams in the morning, to suggest a program, to look for a school for their children.
“ It was very intense on the days when they were not traveling and were in Madrid.”
Her responsibilities, however, reportedly evolved into something far more personal with David.
