Harper Beckham embraces Miami-blonde waves for spring

Harper Beckham is leaning into a lighter, brighter blonde for spring. Her golden hair has always been something of a beauty signature, but for the new season, it seems the 13 year-old is enjoying a bolder shade to fit spring’s sunnier mood.
In a photo posted by Victoria Beckham, showing the family at a party to celebrate David’s upcoming 50th birthday, Harper appears to have traded her deeper blonde highlights for a noticeably lighter tone. Given that the Beckhams are currently out in Miami for the early birthday celebrations, we wouldn’t be surprised if the city’s white sandy beaches and perennial sunshine had inspired the youngest Beckham to undergo a subtle yet impactful colour refresh.
Styled in loose waves, this elegant take on creamy blonde brings a luminosity to the complexion as it reflects light onto the face with the face-framing pieces.
Her colour is similar to 2025’s boho blondemovement. “The aesthetic for this colour trend is all about lightness, movement and fluidity,” Christel Barron-Hough, the founder and creative director of the London-based STIL salon, previously told Bazaar.
“It’s both practical and playful and can be seen on the likes of runway models such as Doutzen Kroes, and stars like Tyra Banks, Lila Moss and Margot Robbie,” she shares. Rather than adding dimension with earthy, darker tones, the boho blonde combines shades of “pine-blonde, organic wheat, almond white and ribbons of rustic pale brown to create a dream-like canvas of home-grown, blonde hues”.
Beckham’s not alone in embracing long blonde tresses this spring. Sydney Sweeneyand Amanda Seyfried also leaned into the bright blonde at CinemaCon this week. Sweeney’s waist-length locks feature richer hues that gradually get brighter along the mid-lengths and ends to enhance her tan. Meanwhile, Seyfried went the opposite route with shadow-y roots and ends, with white-blonde tones in the middle for a face-brightening effect. Stranger Things actress Millie Bobby Brown has also been sporting significantly blonder, longer locks of late.
It takes extra care to maintain a bright blonde hue, so look for colour-safe, sulphate-free shampoos and nourishing hair masks to keep your strands in top condition, as healthy hair informs the basis of glossy colour.
