In case you thought Victoria Beckham and David Beckham were going to bother responding to Rebecca Loos doubling down on claims that she had an affair with David… nope! At least not directly. Victoria did, however, just make it very clear that her family is tighter than ever, posting a photo of herself and David celebrating his birthday with their kids.
“What a way to begin the first of many birthday celebrations for @davidbeckham,” she wrote. “Surrounded by friends and family x Kisses from Miami! 🇺🇸”
Victoria’s loved-up post for David comes amid Rebecca Loos (the soccer pro’s former assistant) going on 60 Minutes Australia to once again claim they had an affair—which he’s completely denied.
“In my opinion, it was a very brave thing to do to go up against them,” she said. “I have stuck to the truth. I’ve never exaggerated. I never lied about a single thing. Why? Because I’m going up against the strongest, most powerful couple in the media who have all the money in the world for the best PR, the best lawyers. And all I had on my side was the truth.”
FYI, David denied these allegations around the time Rebecca first brought them up in April 2004, saying “During the past few months I have become accustomed to reading more and more ludicrous stories about my private life. What appeared this morning is just one further example. The simple truth is that I am very happily married and have a wonderful wife and two very special kids. There is nothing any third party can do to change this.”
